Patricia Ann Nevels-Williams

Patricia Ann Nevels-Williams, 57, of Rosebud, left this world on February 13, 2025, after battling illness at Meridian Care Center in San Antonio, Texas. Born on July 29, 1967, in Rosebud, Texas to Eddie and Vera Nevels, Patricia was a force of nature from the start.

Patricia is survived by her father, Eddie Nevels Sr., husband, Ronnie Williams, sister, Tracy Nevels-Parker; brother in law, Demetrius Parker; brothers Eddie Jr. and Tony Nevels; and a large, loving extended family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vera Nevels.

A free spirit with a love for soul music, Patricia’s life was a canvas of vibrant experiences. After graduating from Rosebud-Lott High School in 1985, she met the love of her life and settled down with Ronnie. She worked as a Home Health Assistant for many years, dedicating her life to taking care of others and family.

Patricia’s love for family was matched only by her generosity to friends. Her infectious laugh and ability to find beauty in the ordinary touched everyone she met.

Patricia’s creativity extended to the kitchen, where she loved to experiment with different flavors. Her passion to bake, led her to make the best Banana Pudding in the area. Her Banana Pudding was always asked for when attending family functions.

A celebration of Patricia’s beautiful life will be held at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family request any donations/flowers/words of condolences be sent to the funeral home in Rosebud, where Patricia’s legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to inspire future generations.
