Bobby G Cox

Bobby Gene Cox, 81, of Pratt, Kansas, formerly of Travis, died Wednesday, January 13, 2016 in a Wichita Kansas Hospital. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud. Burial will follow in Powers Chapel Cemetery near Rosebud.
Mr. Cox was born September 23, 1934 in Cedar Springs to U.J. and Teenie McBee Cox. He lived most of his life in Falls County and had moved to Pratt 3 years ago. He married Delores Parker on July 4, 1957. He served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and by three sons, Ricky Gene Cox, James Russell Cox and Billy Joe Cox.
He is survived by his son Bobby D. Cox and wife Anel of Pratt, KS
One Sister Diane Horne of Waco
10 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 Sunday at the funeral home.
