Evelyn Louise Rogers

Evelyn Rogers, 79, of Georgetown, formerly of Rosebud, died Friday, April 3, 2015, in a Georgetown Hospital. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud. Rev. Dave Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery in Rosebud.
Mrs. Rogers was born October 9, 1935 in Rosebud to Wilbur and Mildred Tamplin Swanzy. She graduated from Rosebud High School. She married Clois Rogers who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Paula Swanzy Scott.
She is survived by two sons: Nick Sukup and wife Vickie of Lago Vista, and Frank Sukup and wife Jan of Liberty Hill.
One daughter: Bethny Bonnet and husband Byran of Georgetown
Two Step daughters: Mary Ann Rogers and Teresa Rogers.
One Brother: W.D. Swanzy and wife Carolyn of Bryan
One Sister: Ann Scott and husband Joe of Elgin
12 Grandchildren 10 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
