Marvin Hoff

Marvin Hoff, 89, of Rosebud, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at his residence. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in Salem Lutheran Church. Rev. Gnana Segaran officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Lutheran Cemetery.
Mr. Hoff was born October 2, 1922 in Ben Arnold to Henry and Freida Sitz Hoff. He lived in the Rosebud area all of his life. He married Lillian Pomykal on November 20, 1946. He was a retired farmer and was a lifelong member of Salem Lutheran Church where he was baptized, confirmed and married.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian Hoff of Rosebud
Two sons: Leonard Hoff and wife Iris of Rockdale, Larry Hoff and wife Nancy of Montgomery,
One daughter : Shirley Hamm and husband Wes of Pflugerville
Three Sisters: Cora Mae Hollas of Belton, Leona Loke of College Station, and Dorothy Richter of Bishop
6 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren
Memorials may be made to Salem Lutheran Church.
Visitation was held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
