William Franklin Hulse, Jr.

Memorial Service for Mr. William Franklin Hulse, Jr., 58, of Cameron, was held on Sat., Jan. 22, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the Kathryn W. Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron with Rev. Chuck Bratz officiating.  Mr. Hulse passed away Jan. 19, 2011 in a Temple hospital.
William Franklin Hulse, Jr. was born June 11, 1952 to June Rose Cleavinger and William Franklin Hulse, Sr. of Smithville, Missouri.  He was very patriotic and served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.  He was a Huey helicopter crew chief and gunner.
He was a licensed plumber and owned B.H. Ironworks.  This past semester he went back to school to become a certified welder and made the Dean’s list.  He went to school in Rockdale and attended St. John’s United Methodist Church.  In recent times he attended the Cowboy Church. He loved music and played the base horn in school, the banjo on the side and the organ by ear.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but guns and hunting best.  Next came the dogs and cats.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Franklin Hulse, Sr., Step-Father J.L. Lester, Jr. and brother, Dwight Lester.

Mother: June Lester of Cameron
Sisters: Mary June Hulse of Cameron and Charlotte Lester of Round Rock
Nieces: Elvia Rose VornKahl & husband Mark of Moody and Mary Kate Hulse of Austin
Nephew: Austin Anthony Lester of Wisconsin
One Great-Niece: Allyson Michelle Hulse of Moody and one Great-Nephew: Tyler Michael VornKahl of Moody
